Each individual may hold only one batpkt account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within them.

Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. As part of batpkt's obligations under its international gaming licence and applicable anti-money laundering requirements, all users are required to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") identity verification process. batpkt may request KYC documentation at any stage of your account lifecycle, including but not limited to:
Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to: a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, driving licence, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be required.
All KYC documents submitted to batpkt are handled in accordance with the batpkt Privacy Policy. Withdrawal processing will be placed on hold until KYC requirements are satisfactorily fulfilled.

Declined Transactions: batpkt is not responsible for deposits that fail due to issues with your bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment processor. If a deposit is successfully charged from your payment source but does not appear in your batpkt balance within 30 minutes, contact batpkt support with the transaction reference number.

batpkt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account (including deposited funds) may be forfeited at batpkt's discretion, particularly where the breach involves fraud, bonus abuse, or financial crime. In all other cases of account closure, batpkt will use reasonable efforts to return verified deposited funds to the user via the original payment method.
You may voluntarily close your batpkt account at any time by contacting batpkt support. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
batpkt reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, batpkt will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes that materially affect users' rights or obligations, batpkt will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice via email to registered account holders or via an on-platform notification.
Your continued use of batpkt following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using batpkt and may close your account as described in Section 13.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which batpkt holds its gaming licence. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the above procedures.
